Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and effective date shown at the top of this document will reflect the current revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes we will attempt to notify you at the email address associated with your account.

02Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at contact@pasniczy.com.

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may hold only one account per person.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

03Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party intellectual-property rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with the service's operation or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice where the violation is serious.

04Content and song packs

Collections and song lists you create in the service belong to you. By storing them in the service you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely in order to provide the service to you.

Songs imported from Spotify remain subject to Spotify's terms and your Spotify account status. Disconnecting your Spotify account will remove your Spotify-imported collections from the service; game history that referenced those collections is retained with the collection link removed.

05Subscriptions and payments

The service is currently free to use. We do not charge for any feature at this time. If we introduce paid features in the future we will update these terms and notify you in advance before any charge applies.

06Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the service is harmful to other users or to us. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@pasniczy.com. See our Privacy Policy for details of what data is removed on deletion.

07Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to €100.

08Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version number and effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

For material changes we will attempt to notify you by email at the address associated with your account. If you continue to use the service after a revision is published, you accept the updated terms.
